Featuring a baffled grilled, this Weep Vent wards off driving rain and wind while incorporating an insect grille and drip lip. The strategically sized grille ensures the exclusion of large insects without being prone to blockage by debris, paint or water droplets. For optimal performance, pair it with Manthorpe catchment trays, placing it in the furthest corner away from the finished roof line.
Adhering to N.H.B.C. guidelines, this Weep Vent should be spaced at no greater than 900mm centres. According to the guidelines, "weep holes are recommended to be sited at every 450mm maximum with at least two per opening above all windows and doors."
