Electric opening, this em.glaze flat glass rooflight for external curbs is manufactured by Whitesales. It is fantastic in terms of aesthetic value thanks to the glass-to-edge double glazed profile and the welded aluminium frame and cill detail. The thermally broken design is painted in Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) polyester powder on the outside and White (RAL 9016) on the inside.
The rooflight comes in different sizes to suit different applications. It's a magnificent means of adding more natural light to your home and maintaining thermal and sound insulation, water tightness and air tightness. The rooflight allows for 86% light transmission and is durable with the 6mm toughened outer pane, the 8.8mm laminated inner pane with a PVB (polyvinyl butyral) interlayer (11.5mm on bigger units), and the 16mm argon-filled warm edge spacer.
Ideal for 5° to 20° roof pitches, this rooflight is straightforward to install due to the factory pre-glazing. It looks sleek and minimalistic on the inside and on the outside and is easy to clean with a mild detergent. The roolight includes integral motor brackets, security hinges, concealed wiring, and a completely hidden 230v motor when the unit is shut.
