Description

Wallbarn's fixed-height paving pedestal discs are crafted to enhance drainage performance, even when dealing with extremely low heights. Made from durable PVC to form 150mm diameter discs, these circular pads have upper surfaces with circular ridges and grooves, strategically promoting efficient rainwater runoff. Thanks to this design, water won't build on disc surfaces, reducing the risk of prolonged water exposure to the timber joists.

Well-suited for situations with very tight height thresholds, these pads are great for refurbishment projects. In some cases, it may be more practical to overlay the existing surface with new decking rather than removing everything, which is where the 7mm discs come in handy.

The Wallbarn TD headpiece includes sidebars spaced 60mm apart, accommodating standard 2-inch/50mm wide timber joists. These joists create a sturdy framework for the decking system, with decking planks securely affixed to this framework.

Like the rest of the Wallbarn supports range, mechanical fixing is unnecessary. The weight of the deck ensures a secure surface, making installations simpler, cost-effective and quicker. This also facilitates post-installation site inspections and leak detection, streamlining the overall process.

Hi , I want use joist pads on a felt flat . Do they come with a rubber pad on bottom

These do not have a rubber pad underneath but should still be suitable for use on a felt roof.

What is the the suggested span of decking joists between the pads - for domestic use.

You would want to use a support at least every 400mm along your decking joists.

No this is a fixed pad no adjustment.

What is the height of the whole product?

This item is 7mm thick and the lugs are 15mm high, so including the lugs on top 22mm high.

CAn this bracket hold 4x2 Batons on there flat. Or have you a similar product that will. Using for decking on top of concrete but have already bought 4x2

The distance bwteen the lugs on these is 60mm so the 50mm side should fit snugly enough in the slot.

These are made from PVC so we would expect them to last well in excess of 25-30 years.
