Suitable for roof pitches between 15° and 90°, the VELUX Pro+ EKW 4031E Insulated Triple Tile Flashing is designed for flat or profiled roofing materials with a maximum profile of up to 120mm. Ensuring a simple and long-lasting installation of your three VELUX pitched roof windows in a side-by-side configuration, the flashing creates a 100mm gap between each window frame for an even, uniform look.
Also compatible with corrugated roof sheets, thatched roofs and interlocking slates, this VELUX triple flashing includes bearing beams, cover plates, a BFX underfelt collar and a BDX installation collar. The BFX collar creates a weatherproof seal between your roof windows and the roof covering. The BDX collar helps to improve the energy efficiency of your room by providing an insulating seal around the window frame.
The flashings are coloured to match the outer frame of your windows to create a seamless match and an overall discreet look. Their corrosion-proof construction will prevent the degradation of materials caused by changeable climatic conditions. The in-built water channels, meanwhile, will safely and efficiently divert rainwater from above your window, down the sides of the sash and into your roof's guttering below, removing the risk of water damage.
