Description

Ideal for use as a craftsman's roof access, this side-hung outward opening rooflight gives you the potential to allow ventilation and light into your uninhabited attic space and is suitable for use on roof pitches from 20° up to 65°.

Doubled glazed with standard glazing and a 5.1 uValue, this VELUX rooflight features integrated universal flashing for both profiled and flat roofing materials up to 6cm high. The sash is manufactured from extruded aluminium while the flashing and window frame are coated with weather-resistant black polyurethane. Thanks to the patented safety opening restrictor, this window is prevented from swinging open and damaging your roof. With a left-side handle as standard, it can be moved to the right before installation and opens to a 90° angle.
