Thanks to the premium pivot hinges, this VELUX centre-pivot window will smoothly rotate 180° and will secure into place with a built-in barrel bolt so you can clean your window with ease from inside your home. With a sleek and useful top control bar, it allows fresh air in through the ventilation flap even when the window is closed while the filter prevents insects and dust from entering. With blue and red lines, you can differentiate between standard and recessed systems for positioning the brackets while the click-on covers ensure a straightforward, rapid and safe installation process.
You'll find that the (70) double glazing has been made to ensure comfort and benefits from high-quality features such as VELUX's unique rain noise reduction, toughened glass, safety lamination and a UV filter. The rain noise reduction decreases the sound of heavy rainfall against your window so you can have an undisturbed night's sleep with up to 35dB of sound insulation while the toughened glass provides additional strength to the outer pane for resilience against external environmental elements.
