Hi, I’m looking for an 114x70 centre pivot velux solar integra, white painted finish, solar with white blackout blind. The velux website has a better comfort —68 version which you can have with the white black out blind. No flashing. I imagine the noise reduction glazing might be the —68 equivalent on your website? The size on Velux windows refers to the external frame size, on an SK01 window the ext frame is 114cm x 70cm and the visible Glazing size is 961mm x 504mm.

What structural opening do I need for this VELUX 114cm x 70cm
Answer:
If installing with a standard flashing kit then you need to add 40-60mm to the width of window and 45m to the height. If installing with a recessed flashing kit then add 50-60mm to the width and 55mm to the height.
