With a centre pivot function, this VELUX Conservation roof window is effortless to clean from inside by rotating 180° and locking into place with the built-in barrel bolt. It offers smooth operation due to the high-quality pivot hinges while the innovative Thermo-Technology™ offers energy efficiency by transferring less energy to keep your home warm.
Including an underfelt collar (BFX) for a watertight seal between the roof and the window and an insulation collar (BDX) for eliminating cold bridges and a reduction of heat loss, this VELUX Conservation roof window comes with EDJ recessed flashing which is suitable for use with tiles up to 90mm thick in profile. Providing a streamlined and sleek finish for your roof window, the recessed flashing ensures you can fit the window 40mm deeper into the structure so that there is minimal protrusion above the roofline. With click-on covers, installation is straightforward, quick and safe while the blue line indicates where you need to position your brackets.
With double glazing (70), this VELUX centre pivot Conservation window comes with premium features such as a UV filter, toughened glass, safety lamination and VELUX's unique rain noise reduction. The UV filter protects your furnishings from the sun's harmful UV rays which can cause fading while the toughened glass delivers extra strength on the outer pane to defend against external environmental forces. With up to 35dB of sound insulation, the rain noise reduction allows a peaceful night's sleep without being disturbed by heavy rainfall while the safety lamination stops the glass from falling into your room in the event of accidental breakage.
