This double CABRIO roof balcony system featuring 120mm universal tile flashing and triple glazing is an advanced, white-painted version of the triple-glazed CABRIO roof balcony system. Including VELUX CABRIO roof balcony, one GPL top-hung, one GIL FIXED element and flashings for tiles up to 120mm in profile, this VELUX CABRIO roof balcony system transforms a roof window into an instantaneous balcony within seconds.

As a great way to add a real wow factor and value to your property, the lower section unfolds into a glazed balcony with side railings whilst the higher section is top hung and opens outwards. The upper top hung roof window can rotate 180° and lock into position for effortless cleaning of the exterior pane.

Made from a high-quality natural pine core with a protective triple coat of clear lacquer, to help preserve the window's timber, and a white painted finish, this balcony system is outstanding value for money and straightforward to install. It has an easy-to-use top control bar for opening as well as ventilation purposes when the window is closed.

The --66 triple glazing is included as standard to ensure energy efficiency with a laminated internal pane and a toughened outer pane with an easy-to-clean, anti-dew layer to keep the windows cleaner for longer.
