The CABRIO roof balcony system adds value to properties by easily transforming boring roof windows into fantastic balconies. With an upper section that is top hung, it opens outwardly while the bottom section unfolds to create a stunning glazed balcony along with side railings. The balcony enhances views and sunlight when used in conjunction with both fixed and top hung sloped windows.

For maximum energy efficiency, the balcony system utilises --66 triple glazing. The laminated inner pane and toughened outer pane feature anti-dew coatings that prevent condensation on the outside and ease cleaning. The window includes 180° rotation that will lock into place to ease cleaning even further, and the natural pine finish is painted white and coated with a triple layer of lacquer to lower maintenance needs.
