It is suitable for profiled tiles from 15mm to 120mm, making it ideal for various homes. Answer:

Technically yes but you would have to flash it with Fibreglass and there is no flashing for that. Or you could use a standard window with this

What type of flashing would be needed when fitting these into a single ply roof with 140mm of insulation under the single ply surface?

Answer:

Technically there is no such flashing, you would have to use the ZWC and watertight using the single ply
