Designed for roof tiles with profiles of 120mm maximum, this VELUX EDW 1000 Single Tile Flashing with BFX Underfelt Collar will ensure a discreet, seamless window installation, as well as provide a durable weathertight seal between your window and roof.

Suitable for roof pitches of 15° to 90°, this flashing is also compatible with thatched roofs, corrugated sheets and interlocking slates. Manufactured using corrosion-proof materials, this VELUX flashing will guarantee high performance and superb longevity. Its grey aluminium finish will also blend seamlessly with the outer frame of your window.

Features & Benefits: VELUX EDW CK02 1000 Single Tile Flashing with BFX Underfelt Collar - 55 x 78cm

  • A window flashing designed for roof tiles with a maximum profile of 120mm
  • Suitable for roof pitches of 15° to 90°
  • Can also be used in thatched, corrugated sheet and interlocking slate roofs
  • Corrosion-proof material ensures a long-lasting and secure window installation
  • BFX collar provides a weathertight seal between roof material and window
  • Integrated water channels aid safe water drainage from your roof

With integrated rainwater channels, the flashing will ensure safe water drainage from above your window and into the gutters below. As these channels can become blocked by debris and leaves, the manufacturer recommends you clean these channels out at least once a year.

Please note:

  • You are advised to remove leaves and other debris from your flashing at least once a year to allow rainwater to run freely from your VELUX window.
