Designed for flat roof tiles between 15mm and 40mm thick, this VELUX EDT 1000 Single Flat Tile Flashing with BFX Underfelt Collar will ensure a discreet, secure window installation, as well as provide a durable weathertight seal between your window and roof.

Suitable for roof pitches of 20° to 90°, this flashing is manufactured using corrosion-proof materials, which will guarantee high performance and superb longevity. Its grey aluminium finish will also blend seamlessly with the outer frame of your window.

Features & Benefits: VELUX EDT MK08 1000 Single Flat Tile Flashing with BFX Underfelt Collar - 78 x 140cm

  • A window flashing designed for flat roof tiles between 15mm and 40mm thick
  • Suitable for roof pitches of 20° to 90°
  • Corrosion-proof material ensures a long-lasting and secure window installation
  • BFX collar provides a weathertight seal between roof material and window
  • Integrated water channels aid safe water drainage from your roof

With integrated rainwater channels, the flashing will ensure safe water drainage from above your window and into the gutters below. As these channels can become blocked by debris and leaves, the manufacturer recommends you clean these channels out at least once a year.

Please note:

  • You are advised to remove leaves and other debris from your flashing at least once a year to allow rainwater to run freely from your VELUX window.
