This 55cm x 98cm VELUX EDP CK04 2500 Single Plain Tile Flashing with BDX Insulation and BFX Underfelt Collars is compatible with plain tiles that have a maximum thickness of 14mm and a maximum length of 300mm. Suitable for roof pitches of between 25° and 90°, this flashing comes in a lacquered black aluminium finish to suit conservation buildings and will ensure a long-lasting, watertight and weatherproof seal.

Along with your VELUX window flashing, you will receive a BFX underfelt collar to help ensure a watertight and weatherproof seal between your roof window and roof, while the BDX insulation collar helps to reduce heat loss and eliminate cold bridges.

Please note:

  • Leaves and other debris should be removed from any flashing at least once a year to allow rainwater to run freely.
  • For standard installation heights, you should install the brackets at the bottom and top of the window frame, level with the red line.
