This is a double glazed manual opening flat roof window with laminated glazing and a polycaronate dome with a uValue of 1.3.

Opening pole included with this product.

Manual opening flat roof domes

  • Manually operated flat roof dome.
  • Double glazed window with protective polycarbonate cover.
  • Excellent sounds insulation from rain and hail.
  • Comes with a 150mm kerb.

Laminated glazing

  • 6.4mm laminated inner pane offers additional safety.
  • Offers improved noise reduction compared to - -34 and - -59 glazing.
  • 4mm toughened outer pane with low-E coating.
  • Clear and clean coating to keep windows clean for longer.

Properties

  • 10 year guarantee on windows and flashings.
  • Suitable for roof pitches between 0 and 15°.
  • Certified to European security standards : EN 1627-30.
  • BBA certified.

No as its doesn't open all the way and i believe that the building reg's ask for 1m2
