Thermo-loc Platinum Plus is an advanced solution for eliminating damp and cold bridging around doors, windows, and sills. Engineered with versatility in mind, this cavity closer is designed to effectively close cavities at external doors, window jambs and sills, providing essential thermal insulation to prevent cold bridging. Suitable for cavities up to 150mm, Thermo-loc Platinum Plus excels in creating an efficient damp-proof course (DPC) and thermal barrier between the frame, inner and outer wall leaf.

Boasting a low thermal conductivity of 0.031W/m²k, Thermo-loc Platinum Plus exceeds the minimum thermal resistance path of 0.45m² K/W as mandated by accredited construction details. Its rigid profile extrusion in uPVC ensures durability and resistance to decay, while the platinum expanded polystyrene insulation further enhances its thermal performance. Available in 2.4m lengths, this closer caters to Multi 100mm, Multi 100mm CR and fixed cavities, allowing for versatile applications. With the added convenience of simple on-site trimming to accommodate varying cavity widths, Thermo-loc Platinum Plus stands as a reliable and environmentally conscious choice, with a global warming potential of less than five and zero ozone depletion potential.

Please note:
