With a 0.036W/mK thermal conductivity and exceeding the minimum thermal resistance path of 0.45m²K/W, these Timloc Thermo-loc 30-minute fire-rated cavity closers offer an effective thermal barrier and DPC between the interior frame and exterior wall leaf.

Ideal for all sill and frame positions, these Thermo-loc cavity closers feature a rigid profile extrusion and are durable and decay-resistant. Incredibly environmentally friendly, they have an Ozone Depletion Potential of zero and a Global Warming Potential of zero. Suitable for use in both first and second fix applications, they can be used for masonry and timber walls with cavities up to 300mm.
