Manufactured from a single piece of untreated timber and then cut at an angle to create two wedges measuring 40-38mm down to 2mm, this pack of two 3.6m long Tapered Firrings for Flat Roofs will allow you to create a slope in your flat roof to help rainwater off.

These firrings can be easily cut down to size and are fitted onto your roof joist to create a stable and uniform slope. The cut edge will be untreated.

This would depend on the amount of fall you needed, probably better to take from the thicker end so you do not lose the narrow edge for the taper of the roof.
