SVK's Montana Smooth Blue/Black Fibre Cement Slate Roof Tile is a durable and visually appealing roofing solution boasting a smooth surface with dressed edges, giving it an attractive, polished look. At 600mm x 300mm, this slate is perfect for use as your primary roofing slate. Its patented production process creates authentic, serrated edges, which add a natural texture to the tile.
Highly breakage-resistant and extremely durable, the Montana Smooth is suitable for even the harshest weather conditions, giving you peace of mind wherever your property is located. Its double-sided water-based acrylic coating reduces moss growth on the slate, thanks to the moss-resistant elements included in the paint.
During manufacturing, the Montana Smooth slates undergo a double coating of paint, applied to the visible side and edges of the tile, using an environmentally friendly, water-based acrylic resin. One coloured layer is applied to the back of the tile, followed by a colourless resin layer that resists water absorption. The result is a highly dimensionally consistent slate in length, width, and thickness that is extremely easy to work with and stable.

Yes, They are supplied pre-holed for a headlap of 100mm. If you would like them non holed, or holed to suit an alternative headlap please contact us.
