Thanks to its large format, this Modula Roof Tile gives a coverage capacity of 9.7 tiles per square metre at a 100mm headlap and 9.0 tiles per square metre at 75mm, matching the largest concrete roof tiles. What's more, its open gauge design ensures it is as quick and easy to install as its concrete equivalent.
For a secure installation, you will require a minimum headlap of 75mm up to a maximum of 120mm with batten spacing between 325mm and 370mm. The Double Roman Roof Tiles are suitable for use on a minimum roof pitch of 17.5° at a 100mm headlap and 22.5° at 75mm. As laid, they will weigh 40.7kg per m² at 100mm and 37.8kg per m² at a 75mm headlap.
