Whether the applications you wish to refurbish and waterproof are new or old, this Rubber Roof Coating is safe to use on traditional roofing systems and single-plies. This liquid-applied product is fully bonded, contains no VOCs or solvents, and is simply applied with a brush or a roller.
This Rubber Roof Coating works to its fullest potential with two coat applications. It gives 1 litre per m²'s worth of coverage with each coat.

This would depend on the area you are applying, please see below for where this product is suitable. It would not be suitable for timber decking for example.

Can this be used to seal EPDM rubber membrane on a flat roof? Also, does this product require a primer?

No, to seal EPDM you would need to use the contact or water based adhesive from the same range as the EPDM rubber you are using.

Yes you can, just be aware that before applying this product the surface would need to be completely dry/free from moisture.

Is it flammable? If i've got a flu from my woodburner coming out of my flat roof will there be issues?

If your flue already has a heat proof collar it will be fine, if not then you would need to install some form of heat proof collar as the Rubber roof would not do well directly exposed to high heats.

I am afraid not it is not suitable for applying to a Slate Roof.

Can this be applied using a roller? How long does it take to dry and what square feet does a 5 litre tub cover?
Answer:
Please see in quotations from the suppliers installation guide.......'On completion of the cleaning and preparation, proceed with coating the area to be covered using Rubber Roof at a rate of 1ltr per sq/m on the first coat, and 1ltr per sq/m on the second coat (we advise 2 coats to avoid pinholing and to ensure a consistent coverage is achieved). Pour the Rubber Roof onto the surface and coat evenly using brush or roller. Allow the first coat to become touch dry before applying the second coat. Please note following application allow 72 hours for the system to fully cure and bond to the surface before proceeding to traffic the roof surface if required (Rubber Roof can be lightly foot trafficked in order to inspect and clean the roof). You can now proceed to apply any trims or carry out any additional works required.
