Description

Designed to provide superior performance in both fully supported and unsupported installations, this 120gsm Rooftec Breathable Membrane is an airtight and vapour-permeable membrane suitable for a wide range of applications, from tiled or slate pitch roofs to Scottish sarking boards and timber and metal framed constructions.

This Rooftec Breathable Membrane is easy to install and can be placed directly over the rafters on the insulating material and then stretched horizontally over the entire roof surface. With an overlap at the ridge of at least 20cm and an overlap of the membrane sheeting by 15cm (red guideline), you can be confident in a secure and long-lasting installation. When connecting to other materials like masonry, it is recommended to use either silicon or self-adhesive butyl tapes.
