For optimal convenience, this RoofLITE+ high-pivot roof window has a handle which is located at its base, allowing for easy operation even in hard-to-reach installations where top operated windows may be problematic. Due to its proven installation method and clear instructions included, it is straightforward to install with minimal experience required and can be fitted on roofs with a pitch ranging from 15° to 90°, making it a versatile solution for most projects.
Available in a range of sizes to suit your requirements, this RoofLITE+ Solid Vision window also features a ventilation valve fitted at the top of the sash, allowing for fresh air to flow into your room, even when the window is shut, to provide a comfortable environment during daily use. With a standard frame width, it offers high thermal insulation parameters with a 1/3W/m²K Uw value.
With resistance to most harsh weather conditions such as strong winds and heavy rain, this RoofLITE+ window is double glazed with two low emission coatings.
