The rooflight has a timeless look so could be installed on projects from extensions on barn houses to kitchens on new build properties. This look is achieved in part by the aluminium frame coated in marine-grade Satin Black RAL 9005 for a weatherproof and durable coat.
Reflex fixed flat rooflights offer a stunning, contemporary rooflight design thanks to a minimal aluminium frame that’s hidden in part by a flashing lip to offer a sleek, high-quality finish. Self-cleaning 6mm toughened glass is triple glazed for impressive thermal performance of 0.6 W/m2, aided by two 16mm argon-filled cavities and a foam spacer.
Flat rooflights from Reflex are low-maintenance from installation to the end of their long life as they come with a built-in insulated upstand. Included for free with your purchase, the upstand is the minimum height for structural safety to give a flush-fit.
This flat rooflight comes with clear glazing which is designed to give exceptional light transmission and total clarity from both sides of the rooflight. The glass itself also filters up to 100% UV light to protect furnishings and surfaces beneath the rooflight from any damaging sun exposure.
