Made with SBS resins and a non-flammable solvent, this rapid-drying solution is designed for efficiency and reliability.

Suitable for use with self-adhesive SBS-modified bitumen roofing membranes, this Skyseal Primer is ideal for application on concrete and various porous substrates. It is crucial for enhancing initial and long-term adhesion, especially in lower temperature conditions. For impeccable results, ensure the surface is free from oil or dust, and sweep clean where needed.

  • 40 to 90-minute drying time

With an easy application process, simply apply a thin layer with a roller in one smooth sweep, with the red colour indicating the treated area. Refill the roller if you notice any "cobwebbing" and avoid puddling. The drying time, ranging between 40 and 90 minutes may vary based on surface porosity, film thickness and temperature. Even when dry, the primer remains tacky. To test readiness, press the back of a glove or a dry object into the primer and remove. There should be no transfer for a perfectly primed surface.
