Can the grill be removed after the vent has been installed? I would like to be able to inspect the back box occassionaly to remove any dirt or debris that comes off the roof and may get through the grill.

We have a 4-inch (110 mm) flexible pipe from a cooker hood/extractor to attach to this Nature Vent. Will we need an adaptor sleeve to make the connection? If we do need an adaptor do you supply them?

This unit doesn't need an adaptor

What is the size of the inlet to these - can it be connected to a 150mm MVHR pipe?

No, It has a 110mm outlet

It looks like this should be fitted when roof is being slated. Can it be retrofitted without stripping slates up to ridge or have you anything similar that can be installed simply? Many thanks

Answer:

You would need to take a few Slates off around where you are fitting then dress them back in, a roofer should be able to do this with minimal disruption. If you wanted something a lot quicker though search for 'Economy Slate Vent' on the site, those ones only offer passive ventilation but can be easily slid into place once the slate you are replacing is removed.
