Find out moreWith a Merlin Grey finish, this corrugated roof sheet is made from a pre-finished steel sheet that has been oven-cured to ensure optimum adhesion for a 200-micron thick surface of superior PVC Plastisol with Aluzinc substrate of sacrificial cathodic protection from zinc and oxidisation from aluminium.
With 13 3-inch corrugated profiles, this roof sheet provides the traditional aesthetic of 'corrugated iron cladding'. With a width coverage of 990mm when lapped, there is a range of lengths to choose from to fit your installation requirements. Suitable for use at a minimum roof pitch of 10°, it boasts exceptional climatic protection and colour stability while maintaining resistance to corrosion and abrasions.
Perfect for cladding and roofing installations, this handy corrugated roof sheet is ideal for a variety of projects, such as domestic, industrial, agricultural and commercial buildings. It is also typically used for garages, curtain walling, cold stores, infill panels and partitioning. Lightweight and easy to fix with self-drilling screws on top of the profile, it can be used as a component of an insulated build-up system, to over-clad an existing roof or solely as a single skin.
With a life expectancy of over 40 years in standard environments, this long-lasting roof sheet requires initial maintenance and repainting after 15 to 25 years.

Question:
I am considering using corrogated grey pvc sheets to re cover my garage roof which is almost the size of a double garage. Does the plastic coating get condensation forming on the underside which then drips onto vehicles, in the same way that the old galvanised sheets do.
Answer:
Hi Paul
Yes, it would but you can have drip protection added to the sheets. If you email me in the size of the roof I will get you a complete quote with all the fittings. sales@roofingsuperstore.co.uk Attn Terry
