At a time when modern methods of construction require excellent ventilation, this Mayan RealRidge Natural Slate All-in-One Graphite Hip End provides 5mm free air high-level roof space ventilation. It features a 5mm continuous vent and ingenious UV-resistant built-in clip and connector system and comes with a ridge runner bracket and all required fixings for maximum convenience.
This hip end tile is designed to be used at the end of a hip run and constructed from real 12mm thick Graphite coloured natural grey slate. It has been chemically and mechanically bonded to a weatherproof, long-life glass-reinforced polyester (GRP) liner. The wings of the tile have been widened to 200mm to ensure maximum coverage.
Along with its helpful clip and connector system, this hip end does not require a roll-out ridge fixing system, ensuring quick and hassle-free installation.
