Find out moreProviding excellent energy efficiency and thermal insulation with a U-value of 1.6W/m²K, this lightweight yet resilient multi-wall roof sheet is made from polycarbonate material that is resistant to damage, including by accident, hailstones or vandalism. Boasting up to 200 times stronger impact resistance than glass, it will not shatter or crack.
With a range of sizes to choose from to fit your structural needs, this roof sheet is suitable for various home and garden applications, including greenhouses, porches, canopies, carports, conservatories, lean-to roofs, veranda covers and vertical glazing projects. It should be placed with a minimum 10° roof pitch for water drainage. Robust and hard-wearing, it has a low condensation risk and is quick and effortless to wash but is predominantly self-cleaning. It is easy to handle, cut and fit using low-modulus neutral cure sealant and cross-linked butyl flashing tape.
With up to a 'Class 1' fire rating, this Corotherm polycarbonate roof sheet is self-extinguishing and will melt away from flames, stopping as soon as the source is eradicated. Thanks to its low weight compared to single or double glass glazing, lighter support structures can be used for a cost-effective building solution.
Additionally, this roof sheet eliminates up to 98% of harmful UV solar radiation for a safe environment. With 68% light transmission, it has a clear finish that offers fine optical clarity, maximising the amount of light that gets into your conservatory and creating a spacious-feeling and bright setting.
