3.1 linear metres per m² of battens are required at a 100mm headlap (net, roof). Fixed to BS 5534, the recommended batten size is 38mm x 25mm for rafters/supports not exceeding 450mm centres and 50mm x 25mm for rafters/supports not exceeding 600mm centres. These Mendip concrete tiles are suitable for a minimum roof headlap of 100mm and a maximum roof gauge of 320mm.

Yes you need 10.5 per m² so your calculations are correct and leave you a few over for safety in case of any damages on site.
