Find out moreFeaturing a timeless design, these Ludlow Plus tiles from Marley are small format interlocking tiles that perfectly suit refurbishment projects. Their compact size ensures easy handling on site and minimises any potential wastage.
With their sleek and modern appearance, these concrete interlocking tiles offer a sophisticated alternative to standard plain tiles while adding a touch of elegance to any structure. Not only do they provide aesthetic appeal, but they also boast low environmental impact, effortless installation and budget-friendly affordability. Constructed from sturdy concrete material, they ensure lasting durability.
You can achieve a net roof covering capacity of 15.7 tiles per square metre at a 75mm headlap, or choosing a 100mm headlap allows 17.1 tiles per square metre. The roof tiling weight with a 75mm headlap is approximately 47kg/m² (0.46kN/m²), while a 100mm headlap increases it to around 51kg/m² (0.50kN/m²). To ensure secure installation, using 50mm x 3.35mm tile nails are recommended. By adhering to a minimum 75mm headlap and a maximum roof gauge of 312mm, you can maintain the structural integrity of your roof.
Accommodating a 75mm headlap requires roughly 3.2 linear metres of battens per square metre of net roof. When increasing the headlap to 100mm, you'll need approximately 3.5 linear metres of battens per square metre. When your rafter or support intervals do not exceed 450mm centres, opt for 38mm x 35mm battens fixed to BS 5534. For larger intervals of up to 600mm centres, choose the 50mm x 25mm battens, also fixed to BS 5534.

Question:
Hi I need two Marley Red Roof tiles. Do you sell them as a pair of only in bulk ?
Answer:
I am afraid the minimum order on these tiles is 43 tiles and there is a flat rate delivery charge with Marley items so an order for just 2 tiles would not be very cost effective for you.
