Available in clear, textured, opal and bronze with both double and triple skin options, this Mardome Trade access hatch is the popular Mardome Trade opening rooflight configured to open wider and with supportive gas springs to facilitate an access hatch.
Mardome Trade access hatches are fitted with Marlon FSX Longlife polycarbonate that’s impact resistant and 200 times stronger than glass. The double glazing on this access hatch offers up to 98% UV protection to protect both residents inside and any furniture that might be in the sunlight. Thanks to this double glazing the centre of the pane achieves a u-value of 2.7 W/Mk.
Mardome Trade access hatches offer a pristine white, multi-wall kerb that offers increased levels of insulation as well as clean lines and a stylish look from the inside and outside. Their robust kerb and specially designed kerb fit means you don’t need timber fillets plus their factory fitted membrane clamps will hold the roofing membrane in place during installation.
