This innovative Mardome Trade manually opening dome rooflight with double glazing and a bronze tint reduces heat gain and solar glare while providing lower light transmission. Also including an insulated PVC upstand, this roof dome and kerb is suitable for flat roof installations.
Fabricated from impact resistant Marlon FSX Longlife polycarbonate glazing, this Mardome rooflight is 200 stronger than glass with less than half the weight. Featuring dual sided UV protection with long-lasting weatherability, this rooflight gives up to 98% prevention of damaging UV radiation from penetrating the sheet to the inhabitants below the rooflight.
The elegant and modern interior and exterior design of this Mardome rooflight offers sleek lines with a clean white kerb that coordinates with the aerodynamic low rise glazing unit for a stylish finish. Including a multi-wall kerb for enhanced insulation, this rooflight also has a unique glazing cassette that improves thermal performance for energy efficiency without compromising on the quality of natural light transmissions.
Provided complete and ready to fit, this Mardome rooflight by Ariel is easy to mount while the muti-wall kerb is robust and resistant to damage during installation. Supplied with a factory fitted membrane clamp on the kerb, this rooflight helps to hold the roofing membrane or felt in place when installing to inhibit the roof covering from peeling back once attached. The kerbs foot has also been specifically designed to enable the roof covering to be finished without the requirement for any timber fillets.
