Find out moreA UV-stabilised polypropylene dry verge system that is suitable for small and large format concrete interlocking tiles, from 382mm x 227mm up to 430mm x 380mm, on roof pitches between 15° and 55°, this Manthorpe SmartVerge® Polypropylene Dry Verge is easy to install without the need for mortar.
To create a pleasing visible stepped appearance and a continuous line on the underside, this dry verge comes in various colours and a choice of left-hand, right-hand and universal configurations. As a result, it encourages rainwater run-off away from the wall and limits the risk of staining.
For tiles laid between 255mm to 345mm batten gauge, the SmartVerge® Polypropylene dry verge pieces slot over each tile in succession. After installation, the system is fully weatherproof and requires no maintenance. The dry verge system also features eaves closure fixes at the base, which fixes the first unit securely. For enhanced protection at the end of the ridge, angled and round ridge end caps can be purchased.
Suitable for fixing in all weather conditions, Manthorpe SmartVerge® Polypropylene complies with the mechanical fixing requirements of BS 5534 and is independently BRE tested.

NO They are Manthorpe made
Question:
It mentions the dry verge product is UV-stabilised and if so how long would you expect the product to last before colour fading and discolouring due to the UK weather and sunlight.
