Pair it with tiles from leading manufacturers such as Marley Anglia, Redland Fenland and Sandtoft Shire for a seamless, authentic roofing appearance without compromising its performance or your roof style.

The tile provides a simple solution to roof ventilation problems and mechanical extraction/soil stack termination through a roof covered with an interlocking single pantile. Suitable for use down to as low as a 20° roof pitch, the vent also provides from 5,000mm² to 25,000mm² free airflow.

That vent is just for vent a roof not for extraction, I will email you a better idea

I have clay pantiles with 2 corners cut, can this vent tile be trimmed to match and fit?

No this one cant be trimmed - I will email you an alternative idea

At what centres would the tile vents require setting out at to provide the equivalent of 25mm continuous air gap at eaves and 5mm at ridge level?

That's a question for your building inspector, each one of these units provide from 5,000mm2 to 25,000mm2 of free airflow
