The Manthorpe Circular Soffit Ventilator is a practical and convenient solution for maintaining a well-ventilated roof space. Available in boxes of 50, these round/circular soffit ventilators are designed for easy installation, making them an ideal choice for new build installations or retrofit applications with existing soffit boards. The airflow passage features evenly spaced slots, meticulously sized to prevent the entry of large insects while remaining wide enough to avoid blockage from debris, paint or water droplets.

Crafted from injection-moulded polypropylene, these ventilators ensure durability and long-lasting performance. For optimal airflow, the G700 ventilator should be fitted into a 70mm hole drilled into the soffit board at 200mm intervals, providing a free airflow of 10mm². This strategic design adheres to building regulations, ensuring that your roof space remains well-ventilated and fully compliant.
