Description

This Plain Roof Tile Vent takes the place of three plain tiles, with no batten cutting required. Thanks to the tortured path through the internal weathering geometry, it consistently maintains a 7000mm² airflow rate while diverting any water ingress onto the roof covering below. Its top is made from uPVC, while the base is polypropylene.

Available in a range of colours to suit most concrete and traditional clay plain tiles from all major UK and Irish tile manufacturers, this vent features a 4mm louvred grill that prevents the entry of debris and large nesting insects into your roof space. An adaptor is also available for mechanical extraction.
