Efficiently ventilating all types of attics, stores, and ventilation shafts within tower blocks, production plants, roofs, cellars and other spaces, this Lomanco BIB12 Vent Turbine Set in Aluminium eliminates unwanted moisture from your roof structure and considerably prolongs its life. It continuously ventilates manufacturing and storage facilities, factories, interiors and agricultural buildings.

An ideal solution for pitched and flat roofs, this 305mm BIB turbine includes an exclusive universal base with a variable pitch which can adjust from 0° up to 45°. Bases compatible with clay-tiled roofs and profiled metal roofs are also available. The turbine ensures no maintenance requirements and a long-lasting installation thanks to the permanently lubricated lower and upper ball bearings. Riveted at every join of the turbine is the sturdy spider-type construction, which has been tested to withstand winds of 110mph while the 21 air-foil curved vanes with rolled edges divert water.

This vent turbine set is fabricated from 100% rust-free all-aluminium material. The Lomanco turbine has a Lifetime Transferrable Warranty for residential uses, which is transferrable from the initial owner to successive owners. The large flashing makes installation a straightforward process and when fixed properly, this turbine will reduce energy bill costs and minimise the risk of winter ice build-up.

  • The lifetime warranty applies to residential use only. In occasions where a Lomanco turbine has been installed for commercial use, it is covered by a 15-year warranty.
