Find out moreThis Pack of 50 Klober Loft Vent Trays is your go-to solution for efficient roof space ventilation. These trays are designed to prevent insulation from obstructing airflow, ensuring a ventilation area of 10,000mm² per metre run when installed between rafters at eaves level. Ideal for both new builds and refurbishments, they are made from durable PVC in a sleek black colour.
With a straightforward installation process, these trays can be easily fitted from inside the loft without the need to disturb your roof covering. They automatically adjust to the pitch of your roof, offering a hassle-free setup process. With dimensions of 315mm wide, 700mm long and 30mm deep, these lightweight yet sturdy trays comply fully with relevant Building Regulations and British Standards.
To install, simply flex the tray at the crease and position it into the eaves between rafters from inside the loft, ensuring the ridges face towards the underlay. Push the insulation material up to the tray to secure it in place, making sure it doesn't touch the roofing underlay. For wider rafter spacings, easily clip the trays together to provide a 10mm airflow. Detailed instructions are included in each pack.

Question:
I have 400mm gaps between my rafters would I have to cut and clip the vent trays to fit?
Answer:
The width of 315mm is suitable for the gaps of 400mm - it would just require another vent tray to be clipped on to adjust.
Question:
Do you need to purchase clips to fit two vents together, when using for rafter distances which are wider than the 315mm vent width
Answer:
No, you would just butt them or over-lap them
Question:
Do I need these on all 4 sides of my pitched roof or just on two sides to get the cross flow ventilation? Also how many do I need? Do I need to fill every gap or energy other gap just enough to get the necessary ventilation rates? Thanks
Answer:
Front and back of the roof for air flow and I would put then on every one of the rafter gaps
