High-impact leaf filters are also included in the design to prevent blockages and ensure efficient performance without compromising water flow. Referring back to its material, using PVC ensures weather, frost and UV resistance to guarantee longevity in even the most challenging environmental conditions. It also features a fire rating of B2 (no direct flame contact) and a temperature resistance ranging from -40°C to +80°C, perfectly demonstrating reliability and safety. The flow temperature is maximized at +40°C, allowing short periods at a maximum of +80°C.
The grill also incorporates TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomers). This contributes to its flexibility and cost-effectiveness. TPE provides resistance to ozone, oxygen, and atmospheric ageing, making it suitable for various environments. The material retains flexibility even in low temperatures, preserving its properties until -35°C. Moreover, it exhibits resilience to high temperatures, maintaining performance up to 140°C in dry and wet conditions. This comprehensive blend of features and materials ensures a reliable and adaptable solution for diverse roofing needs.
