Description

Ideal for all new build and refurbishment projects, this Harcon roof vent with a rectangular outlet has been made to fit between standard plain tile battens with a factory-fitted neat felt sleeve that sits between the battens. The box beneath collects any water that enters, which is then ducted back onto the roof.

With a 110mm diameter spigot for roof ventilation, this roof vent provides a ventilation area of 8000mm² and boasts outstanding water resistance, exceeding all relevant parts of DoE partners in the technology programme. The pipe terminal can provide 125mm or 110mm connections when supplied with a separate NSA110 adaptor, enabling straightforward installation without cutting roof battens or surrounding tiles. Additionally, this roof vent easily replaces only three tiles.
