Description

This soffit vent is designed for installation into an unventilated soffit board as part of a refurbishment project to let air enter the roof space for most eaves details. Equipped with a standard flyscreen, it's easy to install into predrilled 70mm diameter holes on either side of the structure. Better yet, this vent meets Building Regulation requirements.

Installation is seamless. Simply fit the soffit vent on parallel sides of a rectangular roof structure with predrilled 70mm diameter holes. The vent is best suited to unventilated soffit boards that already exist in refurbishment projects.
