The Glidevale Versa-Tile G5 Universal Ventilator and Terminal eliminates the headache of tile profile matching by offering a single, adaptable solution for all roof space ventilation needs. The G5 goes beyond mere ventilation, as it seamlessly transforms into a Soil Vent Pipe (SVP) and mechanical extraction terminal with the addition of a pipe adaptor and flexible pipe, providing a comprehensive answer to diverse roofing requirements.

Made from robust ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) and polypropylene material, this vent has a guaranteed 20,000 mm² ventilation area. It also features the groundbreaking aluminium AluFlash at the forefront - a mouldable and flexible adhesive-backed technology ensuring impeccable weathering performance.

What's more, this ventilator comes equipped with an underlay opening protector, strategically designed to preserve the functionality of the underlay where it is cut. In compliance with BS 5250, this protector directs any moisture that may penetrate the roof covering higher up the slope, diverting it around the opening and ensuring optimal performance.
