With an easy installation process, this 300mm Universal Rafter Roll Ventilator from Glidevale is an excellent option for refurbishment and new build projects. Compatible with SV Soffit Ventilators and FV Fascia Ventilators, it is designed to create a clear air path amongst the roof underlay and insulation, working effectively for all types of eaves.

You can lay this roll ventilator across the rafters before fixing the underlay. It provides a maximum of 25000mm² of ventilation, depending on the eaves' ventilation inlet provision. This universal product will seamlessly adjust to suit 400mm to 600mm rafter centres.

The ventilation system fulfils the requirements of Building Regulations Approved Document C2. It is best installed constantly with FV Fascia Ventilators or SV Soffit Ventilators to ensure a continuous ventilation path stretching between the roof void to the outside that does not hinder the weatherproof structure, as required by BS 5250.

Effective coverage per length for rafter spacings is as follows: 900mm for 6.0m or 7 rafter voids, 600mm for 6.0m or 10 rafter voids, 450mm for 6.0m or 13 rafter voids, and 400mm for 6.0m or 15 rafter voids. Each pack includes two 6m rolls, so the coverage would be double the amount stated per pack.
