Coordinating the versatility of overlay systems with the benefits of fibreglass, the Flexitec 2020 is a unique flat roof solution that performs at this level across multiple applications. Featuring rapid curing with an extra-tough finish and a 30-to-60-minute walk-over time, it suits most roof surfaces, such as approved insulation boards, metal details, PVC single-ply, GRP, concrete, asphalt and felt.
The Flexitec 2020 system can be overcoated or repaired without grinding down. Applying a single coat provides a 10-year repair system, whereas a two-coat application offers a 20-year roofing system with a trusted 20-year materials guarantee supported by Res-Tec if installed by trained installers.
Highly flexible, Flexitec 2020 is compatible with any shape or size of roof without requiring expansion joints. It can be applied in temperatures as low as 1°C with this primer accelerator or between 5°C and 30°C without the primer accelerator, giving a completely seamless membrane free of joints, welds or weak points. An anti-slip finish is available for walkways and balconies, and Flexitec 2020 can be cold applied for additional safety without risking dangerous open flames and other hot works.
