This Flexitec 2020 Acetone is a specialised solution designed for cleaning surfaces and tools as part of the Flexitec 2020 System by Res-Tec. The flexible, single-rein GRP system boasts full overlap and new deck capabilities, seamlessly merging the best attributes of fibreglass with the adaptability of overlay systems. No other flat roof solution matches its superior performance across diverse applications.

The Flexitec 2020 system is rapid-curing with a remarkable 30 to 60-minute walk-over time and an extra-tough finish. It is ideal for nearly any roof surface, including approved insulation boards, felt, metal details, asphalt, single-ply, concrete, PVC and GRP. It can be repaired or overcoated without the need for grinding down. You can choose between the one-coat (10-year repair system) or two-coat (20-year roofing system) applications. Installations by certified professionals of the two-coat system are backed by Res-Tec's reliable 20-year materials guarantee.

Adaptable to roofs of any size or shape without the hassle of expansion joints, the Flexitec 2020 system can be installed in temperatures ranging from 5°C to 30°C. Offering a seamless membrane with no joints, welds or weak points, it ensures optimal performance. Cold application means maximum safety, eliminating the risks associated with open flames and hot works. For added safety, an anti-slip finish is available for balconies and walkways.

Standards & Certification

  • Fire retardant: tested to BS 476-3 rating F.AA and EN 13501-5(4), the highest rating a flat roof system can get and allowing for unrestricted use under UK regulations
