Description

This new contact adhesive is formulated for spray application only. Its solvents, viscosity and high solid content result in improved coverage rates, easy and quick installation and reduced drying times.

The Bonding Adhesive BA-2012 S is available in 17 liter pressurized canisters and 750 ml aerosols. A spraying kit has been designed for use with the canister in combination with a cleaner for maintenance.

Coverage : 3m2 to 3.3m2 per 750ml aerosol.

Yes but you would need to use primer first

The contact adhesive is more for use sticking EPDM to brickwork/upstands etc.

will it stick 12mm isoggard to a metal gutter?

This is made to adhere EPDM rubber to concrete/PVC etc so may not work I am afraid.

Yes this will stick the rubber to brick for parapets/upstands etc.

Hi , will this work with a pvc membrane to ply wood ?

Answer:

No this is specifically for use with EPDM rubber not PVC.

Will it stick solid rubber to fibreglass?

Answer:

It should do but you would need to key/scuff the fibreglass first to help it bond. This is mainly for adhering EPDM membrane rather than solid rubber.

Is this adhesive suitable for sticking an epdm patch to an epdm roof covering?

Answer:

No, if you need to do a patch repair then best to use a self adhseive section of Form flash but you need to prime the area you are fixing it onto first.
