This system permits the replacement of fragile roofs and roof lights from the underside, effectively eliminating the risks associated with accessing fragile roofs and ensuring compliance with Work at Height regulation (2005), specifically regulation 9. It also allows for time and cost savings related to installation and access equipment and causes low disruption to internal processes.
