Find out moreThis thermo flashing from FAKRO has been created for use with standard FAKRO roof windows on tiled roofs to benefit from the advantages of standard flashing with additional insulating features. Made from aluminium which enables malleability around the roof window and tiles, this flashing is also covered with a polyester coating to extend durability.
With a black finish, this flashing delivers a subtle appearance that blends in with most roof colourings. With added insulation, this flashing helps to enhance the insulating qualities of the FAKRO window by preventing thermal bridging and heat loss whilst offering an extra tight seal around the window. The roof window will have a boosted uValue of up to 15% with the thermo flashing so that the room below can retain heat more easily with a reduction of noise pollution into the building. As well as reducing heating costs, this FAKRO thermo flashing creates a comfortable atmosphere for your home.
With a range of sizes to fit your FAKRO window needs, this thermo flashing is available in a variety of tile type compatibilities to choose from. For tiles up to 90mm thick, the flashing has been produced for deep profiled interlocking tiles including Double Pantile, Redland pantiles, Double Roman, Sandtoft Shire, Forticrete Centurion and Senator tiles and much more. The flashing for plain tiles with a maximum of 16mm thickness has been designed for non-interlocking plain tiles such as Forticrete, Redland, Marley Acme and Ashdowne plain tiles, Redland Rosemary Clay and many more.
