This manually operated roof window from FAKRO can be opened with the use of a 2.2m control rod to provide a natural source of ventilation, creating a current of fresh air to improve the comfort of your inner environment.
To maximise daylight, this FAKRO roof window has been fabricated to allow as much sunlight as possible into the room with a specially shaped sash and frame with up to 16% greater glazing area than other manufacturer's windows of the equivalent size. Featuring P2 laminated quad glazing with a 6.2mm inner glass pane with a low emission coating and an outer glass pane with an argon gas cavity, this flat roof window also has a multi-chambered uPVC upstand to enhance its thermal efficiency.
Suitable for fitting on roof pitches between 2° and 5°, this roof window ensures that rainwater flows off the window's surface effectively. For a secure connection between the window and the roofing material, this modular flat window comes with a kerb for ease of installation as well as a specifically profiled covering material that is positioned beneath the frame's drip cap. This fixed flat roof window can be fitted with an additional XRD base if needed which allows the window to be installed slightly lifted above the surface of the roof or on green roofs.
